The Langly Camera Bag: A camera bag that doesn’t look like a camera bag
The Langly Camera Bag was designed by Evan Lane, a freelance photographer who decided to make his own camera bag.
“As a working freelance photographer, I am always in need of something to protect my camera gear,” Lane said, on his Kickstarter page. “It has been my on-going mission to find the perfect camera bag: one that isn’t only functional but also fashionable. Most bags are usually one but not the other.”
So true.
There are two bags, the Alpha and the Delta, which are really nice looking and still capable of carrying a lot of stuff. That reddish/brown leather against the olive canvas is such a nice look.
Evan needs to read his goal of $30,000 to reach production and for a pledge of $160 you can preorder one and help get things going. Currently, he is at $10,068. If you are a photographer and are looking for a nicer alternative to your main bag, like me, this is worth investing in.
